- Pass the final examination of Sri Lanka Law College

- Having Trained Teacher Certificate from the Department of Education
- Pass Final examination of Sri Lanka Library Service
- Pass Diploma of Employers Education Institute
- All applicant need to pass the aptitude test conduct by University of Ruhuna.
